I am currently representing my client, a market leader in their field, as they look to recruit a Business Development Account Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. 

Role Purpose:

The Internal Client Relationship Manager will focus on building and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role involves generating referrals, providing exceptional account management, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives, client engagement, and outstanding service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate referrals through phone and email interactions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Strategically expand business alongside the Sales Director.
  • Seek new relationships and explore untapped markets.
  • Provide expert advice on industry legislation and handle inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively via calls, emails, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs on the Sales CRM.

Specification:

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales environment, with a track record of meeting KPIs.
  • Hands-on expertise in sales techniques, including cold calls and upselling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to generate revenue by identifying client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to engage at all levels.
