THE CRM EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Help implement AI tools to boost customer engagement.
- Assist with audience targeting for better communication.
- Work with marketing to ensure messages match overall campaigns.
- Track campaign results and suggest improvements.
- Plan and run CRM campaigns, including automated and one-time messages.
- Write and improve content for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voicemail.
CRM EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, and digital channels.
- Creative thinker eager to find new ways to engage customers.
