Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Development and Sales Coordinator for a Housing Association based in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent role, paying £29,000 - £32,000 per annum. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required roughly two times per week.

The role:

  • Provide all round support and assistance with daily administration requirements within the Development and Sales Team
  • Process all invoices and payment for the department, including monthly contractor payments
  • Maintain development programme,  sales tracker documentation and all scheme data in conjunction with the Development and Sales Team for circulation to the wider business
  • Assist the team with delivery and circulation of legal and contract documentation as required
  • Communicate with residents and tenants, including assisting with customer queries, managing and arranging inspections, and directing queries to relevant project managers
  • Assist with all incoming enquiries in relation to new developments and sales, providing information or assistance by telephone, email, writing or in person
  • Assist with arranging consultation and launch events for new development projects by managing attendees, circulating invitations and organising venues and schedules as required

What you need:

  • Experience of working in housing or a relevant property development and sales environment
  • Understanding of the development/construction process or the conveyancing and sales progression process
  • Experience of using housing systems such as Open Housing and Ebis is desirable
