Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
- Lead the development of global marketing strategies and support product managers in crafting their product marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless execution across regions.
- Collaborate with product managers to gain deep insights into product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Oversee marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring USPs and key messages are effectively communicated to stakeholders. Provide regional teams with up-to-date product information and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with regional marketing managers to tailor global strategies for local markets, incorporating feedback to enhance initiatives.
- Ensure seamless integration across all marketing channels, maintaining consistency in both online and offline communications.
- Leverage CRM data to design and implement upsell and cross-sell campaigns that enhance customer engagement and support sales team follow-ups, utilizing best practices in automation and penalisation.
- Develop and execute a content strategy to optimise the customer journey, enhancing web engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and PR.
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
- Management of global activities, ideally from an B2B organisation/company with an international focus
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and strategies
- Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends and campaign performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector is desirable
- Able to work from Altrincham 3 days per week
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of 40,000 - 50,000
