Full time £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) plus bonus
Focus 5 Recruitment are working exclusively with a Cheshire based Marketing Consultancy who are looking to recruit a highly organised, passionate Sales & Marketing Lead with strong communication skills to help convert enquiries and grow accounts.
Duties for the Sales & Marketing Lead: -
- Drive sales growth in the UK and internationally.
- Develop and manage an annual Sales & Marketing Strategy aligned with business goals and present this annually.
- Manage sales opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients and meeting and exceeding targets.
- Use CRM (Active Campaign) for tracking, pipeline management, and lead scoring to improve conversion rates and sales value.
- Collaborate with Client Services for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee lead generation and digital marketing strategies; manage the Digital Marketing Manager and conduct performance appraisals.
- Create sales collateral, present at events, and oversee content marketing and social media efforts.
- Manage partner relationships within the industry.
- Report on quarterly sales targets and marketing activities, using insights to refine strategies.
Experience required for the Sales & Marketing Lead: -
- Self-motivated and growth-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the independent education sector or similar.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Effective deal closer with excellent organisational and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools; able to manage leads and track progress.
- Positive, strategic problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
