Focused are a Payroll provider based in Altrincham and due to continued growth, our client has an opening for a hybrid role which will split between Internal Client Relationship Management and New Business.

The Role:

  • Driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with recruitment agencies and contractors
  • Generating referrals and building new agency relationships
  • To go the extra mile when speaking to clients in order to win more business
  • Conducting initial consultations with potential clients and contractors, converting warm leads into active customers
  • To advise and assist customers sending back starter packs or completing the joining portal online

The Person:

  • Highly self-motivated and results driven
  • Ability to learn products and stay knowledgeable on current industry legislation
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, articulate manner to clients, contractors and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a B2B/B2C sales environment with a track record of achieving sales KPIs
  • Basic Word, Outlook an Excel skills
