They're now looking for an Internal Outbound Sales Executive to join their dynamic team at their purpose-built site in Altrincham. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding their client base while working alongside a passionate and supportive team.What will you be doing as an Internal Outbound Sales Executive?
- Reach out to new and lapsed accounts, building and nurturing relationships.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted emails).
- Educate prospects on the value of the companys products.
- Update the CRM system daily, recording all meetings and customer details.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Work toward meeting set sales targets.
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated by in-house online marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to sales projects for new products and incentives.
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 years experience in a busy sales-oriented role or a similar environment.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- A professional, self-motivated, and organized approach.
- A passion for customer service, providing a great customer experience rather than using a hard sales approach.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
