Their comprehensive platform bridges the gap between B2B and B2C needs in the secondary healthcare market, delivering an all-in-one solution for efficient, affordable healthcare management.
The Role
Our client is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join a start-up business based in Altrincham. This business has received investment from one of the UK's leading private equity firms and is looking to hire a Sales Leader who can help them set sales strategies, win new customers, as well as recruit and train the sales team.
You will create and manage the sales process of the software platform to healthcare businesses across the UK, whilst collating data for your sales team. Our client is looking for a self-motivated professional who has an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be tasked on taking their product to market and helping to make it a nationwide success.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales across the UK
Establish and maintain relationships with customers
Recruiting, training and developing sales teams
Analysing costs and sales
Analysing data for the sales team to utilise
Set team targets and commission structure to motivate your staff accordingly
Attend weekly board meetings
Essential Skills
Sales Leader / Sales Manager in a SAAS business.
Skill in coaching and developing B2B sales teams.
Experienced in setting up a sales department from scratch
Desirable skills
Exposure to the healthcare industry
Exposure to a start-up business

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
