As a Customer Account Executive your duties will include:
- Handle incoming quotation enquiries via email and live chat, triage before allocation to Sales Team
- Process and send out quotes using information provided by the external sales team.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and update records accordingly.
- Manage live chat enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Liaise with customers to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction with the quotation process.
- Provide support to customers regarding product information, pricing, and availability.
- Review and verify the accuracy of information generated by internal and external sales teams.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed.
As a Customer Account Executive you will have the following key skills:

- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
