The Role:

As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will oversee a team responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting proprietary applications, both on customer premises and within private cloud environments. With a blend of proactive project work and reactive support, your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Lead and mentor your team, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Manage technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer needs.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and tailor technical solutions.
• Oversee installation and configuration of software on Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and refine best practices for installation and support services.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record as a Lead Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding teams through complex technical projects.
• Technical proficiency in managing Windows servers, Linux environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
