Due to ongoing growth in a new area of the business, my client are seeking to add an experienced Business Development Executive to their Business Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who wish to grow with the company and thrive within a supportive yet driven sales environment. You'll join a dynamic, forward-thinking business who will give you full support and genuine opportunities for professional growth and progression, outlined from day one.

What you will be doing as a Business Development Executive

  • Following up on warm and cold leads to build rapport with potential and existing clients, to encourage them to use a new software
  • Promoting the benefits in comparison to competitors
  • Generating referrals and new leads in order to maximise sales potential
  • Going the extra mile when speaking to clients to win more business
  • Working to achievable KPI's

The Key Skills and Experience required of the Business Development Executive

  • Has proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, ideally as a Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager
  • Can work effectively to achievable independent and team targets
  • Can effectively objection handle
  • Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and driven for success
  • Is familiar with working to set targets and is driven by financial incentives
  • Knowledge of recruitment agencies and software sales experience (highly desirable but not essential)
