We are currently recruiting for a brand new opportunity working as a Client On-boarding Executive based in Altrincham. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure the clients who have signed up to the service have a great experience.

Role:

  • On-boarding new clients onto the system once the sales team has closed the sale
  • Running demonstrations for new clients to ensure they understand the system and how to use it to ensure the maximum benefit for their business
  • Be the first point of contact for any issues the client may be facing
  • Provide a first class service to clients
  • Adapt your explanations depending on the clients experience with the system
  • Become the 'goto' person for the system/app for clients and internal teams
