We are currently recruiting for a brand new opportunity working as a Client On-boarding Executive based in Altrincham. You will be working closely with the sales team to ensure the clients who have signed up to the service have a great experience.

Role:

On-boarding new clients onto the system once the sales team has closed the sale
Running demonstrations for new clients to ensure they understand the system and how to use it to ensure the maximum benefit for their business
Be the first point of contact for any issues the client may be facing
Provide a first class service to clients
Adapt your explanations depending on the clients experience with the system
Become the 'goto' person for the system/app for clients and internal teams
