We are working with an award-winning boutique firm in Altrincham who are seeking a Paralegal to join their growing Residential Development team, to support on Plot Sales work.
About the role:
- Liaising with estate agents, developers and buyers' lawyers.
- Coordinating with lenders to release plots from security.
- Preparing and managing the sale contract pack.
- Addressing buyer lawyers' enquiries and facilitating client reporting.
- Producing detailed Excel reports for developers.
What they are looking for:
- A polished telephone manner, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with the plot sales process and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Confidence in using Excel and other conveyancing tools.
