What You'll Do:

• Manage credit hire claims from inception to conclusion

• Liaise with clients, insurers, and third parties to gather necessary information

• Conduct thorough investigations to establish liability and assess damages

• Negotiate settlements for the best possible outcomes

• Maintain detailed records of all communications

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client queries promptly

About You:

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling credit hire claims is essential

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing credit hire claims

• Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail
