An exciting new opportunity has opened up for an experienced administrator to join a well-established property company based in Altringham. They are constantly expanding and they have decided its time to get some more support, they have a small team of 3 administrators and they are looking for someone to help manage the team.

The vibe in the office is top tier, the team are all on the same wave length, bubbly, outgoing and support each other in everything they do. I have met with the MD and he is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met, he has an open door policy and understands that staff are key to running a successful business.

You would essentially be the backbone of the Administration team, responsible for planning and coordinating administrative procedures, training the team on new systems, introducing new procedures, allocating responsibilities, assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance where needed, monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing new material within budgets, organising events and so much more.
