Digital Design Manager - Home Furnishings Group

A rapidly growing home furnishings group, renowned for its stylish and high-quality textile products, is looking for a talented Digital Design Manager to join its dynamic digital print team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a design studio, furnishing fabric producer, or digital print house - someone who has a passion for home dcor, a keen eye for design, and strong commercial acumen.



Digital Design Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital design process for digitally printed textile furnishings, from concept to production.
  • Create innovative and commercially viable designs using proprietary CAD software, including Adobe Suite.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with market trends and customer demands.
  • Utilise AVA software (or similar CAD/CAM) to develop digital textile designs with precision and quality.
  • Manage and refine design processes to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Engage with clients and customers, providing exceptional service throughout the design and production process, and supporting design-related queries.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor products to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Oversee the presentation of designs, ensuring high-quality visual representation across all platforms.
