Digital Marketing Manager – Marketing Consultancy

Focus 5 Recruitment are working exclusively with a Cheshire based Marketing Consultancy who are looking to recruit a highly organised, data-driven, passionate Digital Marketing Manager with wider digital marketing expertise to help them generate and convert enquiries.
  
Please note that this is a part-time role working 22.5-30 hours per week to be worked over 5 days.
  
Duties for the Digital Marketing Manager: -   
  • Build a Digital Strategy that feeds into the clients overarching Sales & Marketing Strategy and targets.
  • Drive growth (enquiries and conversions) through expertly managing and optimising CRM activities (through ActiveCampaign) as a priority, as well as optimising their website (Wordpress) and the user experience and implementing wider digital marketing activities (e.g. SEO, PPC, remarketing).
  • Continually analyse user behaviour and refine and adapt accordingly to increase response/sales.
  • Manage required platform integrations (Zapier, Meet Alfred etc.) and proactively suggest any others that will streamline and enhance processes/sales.
  • Measure and report weekly on digital marketing activities against set KPIs and targets.  
Experience required for the Digital Marketing Manager: -  
  • Minimum of 3-5 years B2B CRM/digital experience (ideally with knowledge of ActiveCampaign).
  • Results obsessed.
  • Proven track record in B2B CRM, automation, database management, email marketing and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, remarketing etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of Wordpress and website development.
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
