What You'll Do:
- Assist in the development and execution of customer engagement strategies across Email, SMS, and Loyalty programs.
- Build and optimise automated lifecycle campaigns to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Use data-driven insights to create targeted, personalised customer communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM campaigns align with overall business goals.
- Contribute to test-and-learn approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor CRM performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to help innovate CRM processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with GDPR and UK data regulations.
What You'll Need:
- Experience working in a CRM or email marketing role (D2C fashion or e-commerce is a bonus).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Klaviyo or similar tools.
- An eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Team collaboration skills and a commercial mindset focused on customer loyalty.
