We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic and growing business with a global footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.
About the RoleThis is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the business. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also acting as a trusted business partner to support commercial decision-making.
We're not expecting you to be an industry expert - just someone with a curious mind, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for delivering clear financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
- Own the 3-year strategic financial planning model
- Deliver forecast updates across multiple outputs and present to senior leadership
- Support board reporting and financial covenant tracking
Reporting
- Manage internal reporting processes across the business
- Oversee reporting deliverables for a key global brand partner
- Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure alignment of financial outputs
Business Partnering
- Be the go-to finance contact for functions across the business
- Drive forecast accuracy and cost control
- Provide insight into operating costs and overheads
- Consolidate financial and operational data to present clear insights to leadership
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a collaborative, business partnering mindset
- Excellent communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or retail sectors is a plus (but not essential)
