About the Company:Our client, a prestigious firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Altrincham, is seeking a dedicated Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding team. Known for delivering comprehensive insolvency and restructuring solutions, the firm prides itself on maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service to their clients across various sectors.

Job Overview:The Corporate Insolvency Administrator will play a vital role in managing and progressing a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including liquidations, administrations, and other corporate recovery processes. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations.
  • Conducting investigations and preparing necessary reports for creditors and stakeholders.
  • Communicating effectively with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders regarding case progression.
  • Reviewing and preparing statutory documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting senior staff in the completion of complex cases and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Assisting in the preparation of case budgets and managing WIP (Work in Progress).
  • Liaising with solicitors, accountants, and other professional advisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within corporate insolvency, ideally with case-handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client service.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple cases.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CPI, would be advantageous but not essential.
