We are partnered with a National Financial Planners who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Planning Assistant to join their team at Altrincham. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-focused environment, providing essential support to financial advisers and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advisers and clients, handling queries and providing updates on administrative matters.
  • Support advisers by preparing documentation for client meetings, including regulatory documents, applications, and reports.
  • Ensure the smooth processing of new business applications, adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client records, managing review dates, valuations, and other essential data.
  • Liaise with financial providers, clients, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of cases.
  • Assist with the preparation of cases for paraplanning and address any outstanding queries.
  • Monitor the team’s workload and ensure deadlines are met, providing support where necessary.
  • Provide guidance and training to new team members and support their professional development.
