Junior Financial Planning Administrator - Altrincham

Salary to £23,000 plus benefits and bonus

Our client are a highly respected firm of Chartered Financial Planners based in Altrincham who specialise in providing Financial Advice to High-net-worth individuals.

They are currently looking for a motivated Junior Administrator to join their dynamic team, supporting the Financial Planning Administrators. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some financial services knowledge, looking to gain more experience and develop their career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce client valuations and ensure all relevant documents are prepared for review meetings.
  • Assist with pre-meeting preparations, including compiling necessary data and information.
  • Check compliance documents to ensure everything meets regulatory requirements.
  • Review and update file notes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence and maintaining client records.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally you will have a basic understanding of financial products and services.
  • Keen interest in Financial Services, ideally with some knowledge of Financial Planning, Pensions or Investments
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT proficiency and confidence working with databases and electronic records.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
