TRAINEE PARAPLANNER / IFA ADMINISTRATOR

Our Client, a highly professional and rapidly expanding firm of Chartered Financial Planners are currently looking to recruit a motivated and hardworking Trainee Paraplanner / Administrator to join their exceptionally busy Pensions & Investments Team. Working directly with the Senior Administrator / Paraplanner, and reporting directly to the Team Manager the successful will provide direct support to a team of Advisers. Providing an efficient new business processing service, as well as supporting with the research and report writing, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

o Carrying out product research

o Preparing and writing suitability reports

o Corresponding with clients

o Processing new business

o Changing investment strategies

o Performing fund switches

o Liaising with investment companies

o Maintaining the client database ensuring all information is correct and up to date.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate looking to develop their career within the Financial Planning market. Our client fully encourage and financially support employees wishing to develop with industry qualifications. You will have a strong background working in the Financial Planning sector, ideally gaining experience working for a firm of Financial Advisers gaining knowledge of Pensions & Investments.

Excellent IT skills are also required. Our Client work with very 'slick' processes and use top of the range systems. Knowledge of Back Office System Intelligent Office, and Provider Platforms would be an advantage.
