About the Role

Applause IT is recruiting for a Client Software Onboarding Specialist to join an innovative HealthTech start-up in Altrincham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the company's first onboarding specialist, playing a crucial role in delivering a smooth and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and live demos
  • Understanding customer needs and guiding them towards the best product setup for success
  • Removing obstacles in the customer journey, including product issues, poor implementation, or knowledge gaps
  • Enhancing product adoption, increasing customer retention, and fostering loyalty
  • Assisting the support team with customer queries and troubleshooting
  • Creating educational materials to help customers optimise their use of the platform

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years' experience in customer success, onboarding, account management, or customer support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and provide solutions proactively
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy to build lasting relationships
  • Analytical and goal-oriented approach to customer success
  • Comfortable with IT/software tools and able to learn new systems quickly
