Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Learn to manage a caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
- Training: Receive hands-on training and guidance from an experienced onboarding manager to develop your skills in case handling and fee earning.
- Client Interaction: Develop your abilities in client communication and provide updates on case progress.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents and property transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in residential property, whether in remortgages, post-completion, or a related area.
- Ambition: A strong desire to learn and grow into a case handler role with a keen interest in residential property law.
- Skills: Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from an onboarding manager.
- Qualifications: Relevant experience or qualifications in property law is advantageous but not essential.
