This will include anything from a complete re-brand to innovative websites, and there’s also elements of video and animation so experience in this area would be quite handy.Additionally, as many of the campaigns are integrated, the role is likely to involve some offline print, but the emphasis will be more online and you’ll also have the support of experienced colleagues to help with the smooth transition of projects. By virtue of their work, this is a very interesting role and will suit someone who is committed to working in an agency and will enjoy the hustle and bustle of handling multiple projects. You will also be involved in presenting ideas and visuals to clients and briefing creative teams at the start of each campaign.What we’re looking for:First and foremost, a creative who has a clean and modern approach, and who appreciates the simplicity and elegance of balanced design; who can not only come up with ideas and well thought-out concepts but deliver on a wide range of briefs. Fit is imperative, and it needs a creative that’s grounded, personable and happy to get stuck in on a breadth of projects. It’s hard to pin down the depth of experience because we all learn in different ways, but suspect you’ll have 3-4 years upwards, ideally from an agency environment, although someone in-house who is maybe working on different brands will also be of interest. A portfolio that has more of a lean towards the world of B2B is also important. You should be both brand and digitally savvy, with the ability to pull all parts of a campaign together, and the quality of your work must be visually sublime, but it must also reach and resonate with the target audience. We would lean towards a candidate with first-rate creative know-how, a balanced portfolio, and experience of working with B2B brands. Any knowledge of video & animation would also be useful.
