Graduate Recruitment Scheme - What can you expect

Exemplia Group works in and around the recruitment, executive search, consultancy, and recruitment advertising / marketing industries.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive on the Graduate Recruitment Scheme, you will work within our Executive Search division, and be fully immersed in the world of recruitment, speaking to senior level candidates from day one. You will also be exposed to clients across a variety of sectors and sizes, such as Education, Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction.

Your responsibilities will include identifying, contacting and screening candidates utilising both phone and internet-based research, as well as working with clients to learn about their businesses and recruitment needs. Other duties will include writing client facing documentation and conducting phone-based research projects.

You’ll also have the opportunity to shadow managers and directors in their work, including client meetings, and experience the emotional and tangible rewards of finding the perfect candidate for clients.

Year One - Professional Development - Initial 1-year placement to learn the role and gain knowledge of the group, and the recruitment sector. Soft skills training in time management, communication, technology, and recruitment-specific skills.
