A highly regarded Law firm based in Altrincham are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal PA to support a small team with the day to day running of the office.

The firm offer a friendly and supportive working environment.

You must have Legal PA or Legal Secretarial experience working at senior level.

The role is full time office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

The role is varied offering the opportunity to be involved with office management, HR/Recruitment, website and social media management and general support to the senior management team.

Duties include

  • Working within a clos knit team assisting with the general day to day running of the office
  • Keeping SRA compliance/training up to date
  • Main point of contact for reception/telephone
  • Assisting with the production and editing of confidential documents, letters and correspondence.
  • Liaising with the courts and filing documents
  • Putting together bundles and court documents
  • Audio dictation
  • Archiving and filing
  • Setting up new files and carrying out AML checks
  • File management and deadlines
