As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties. This hybrid role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
- Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
