Residential Surveyor

JRV Surveys & Valuations are looking for a qualified Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The head office is located in Altrincham, Cheshire but we cover the North West of England and the successful candidate will be able to work from home to complete reports.

We will consider candidates from most locations within the North of England as you will not be required to work from our head office.

The company is well established and known for offering high quality RICS Home Surveys and Valuations along with excellent customer service. We are looking for a driven individual with at least 1 year of experience to undertake RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys and Valuations. The exact area you would cover would depend on your home address and local knowledge.

• RICS Qualification (you must have AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS accreditation).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience completing RICS Home Surveys.

• Excellent report writing skills and grammar.
• Excellent time management skills and organisation.
• Qualified RICS Valuer.
• Excellent surveying skills (finding and reporting on defects).
