Trainee Resourcers - US Division

Altrincham (Hybrid)

Starting basic: 23k per annum (+ Uncapped Commission with no threshold to start earning from month one.)

Monday - Thursday: 11:30am - 10pm (Flexible)

On site parking

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing both new candidates and roles.
Recruitment is a target-orientated industry, and you will be expected to generate revenue to an agreed monthly target.
As your skills and confidence grow, you will be given the freedom to influence processes end to end.
