What You'll Be Doing as a Trainee Sales Executive:

Learning how to build and grow strong relationships with clients.
Supporting the team by generating new business through prospecting and outreach.
Shadowing the Sales Manager during client visits across the UK.
Representing the company at client meetings and industry events.
Gaining hands-on experience in achieving sales targets and developing tailored client solutions.
Preparing to step into a management role within 12 months with structured guidance.
