We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading providers of behavioural care and specialist support services, for a Ward Manager to join the established team in an independent mental health hospital in Hale, Cheshire.

The hospital has residential facilities for 56 patients as well as day care and outpatient services.

The successful applicant will be forward-thinking manager, who will lead staff by example. Good communication skills, flexibility and a team approach to ward working are essential qualities.

Applicants must also have a proven track record of effective nurse leadership and also have a minimum of 3 years senior nurse experience.

This a permanent full time post and offers a competitive salary of £44,374.72 - £50,328.72 per annum DOE
