An established solicitors is looking for a Legal Cashier to join them in their Altrincham office. As part of a small (but growing) team you will be completing all-round legal cashier duties and so will need some knowledge and experience of the job.
Key responsibilities of the Legal Cashier job:
- Managing BACS payments
- Managing incoming and outgoing payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Daily banking
- Control over all aspects of the purchase ledger
- Processing card payments
- Answering any relevant queries both over the phone and via email
- General Billing
Key skills required for the Legal Cashier job:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a legal cashier
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable about Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Strong attention to detail
