Reconciliations Clerk

Altrincham

£27,000

This role gives you the opportunity to be part of a really stable and secure business in a fun & friendly working environment.

Your role feeds into every single person within finance and you will have the support & guidance from the Financial Controller on a day-to-day basis, who is fab - so down to earth and laidback. I met him and can definitely vouch for this!

The business has multiple entities, and it will be your responsibility to reconcile the bank for each of these, dealing with high volumes & values through Excel - so attention to detail is critical for the role.

This position is ideal if you get satisfaction from the banks balancing to the very last penny - this is essence will be your role… ensuring the banks and cash book are reconciled accurately so if attention to detail is your number one strength, you'll utilise it here.

Not a role for an aspiring accountant who wants to sit exams and climb the career ladder - I'll be honest, this isn't going to give you that - but what it will give you is a real overview into how a business operates on a transactional finance level with freedom and flexibility and no one breathing down your neck.

The management love nothing more than providing staff with a good work/ life balance - the office is an open forum so the FC is approachable and there is absolutely no hierarchy of importance!

There is only a requirement to be in the office 2/3 days a week, highlighting how much trust they put into their employees and how protective and receptive they are to a modern day work set up.

I am interviewing immediately so please submit your CV to:
