Our award-winning client specializes in commercial litigation, debt recovery, and dispute resolution, offering innovative legal solutions to a diverse range of clients.Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic team in Altrincham, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes and a strong understanding of litigation processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to debt recovery and dispute resolution strategies.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, statements of case, and settlement agreements.Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support litigation strategies.Represent clients in court and other dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm's profile in the commercial litigation sector.Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.
