This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on a diverse range of high-profile litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to:
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Partnership disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Debt recovery
  • Advise clients on a variety of commercial issues, offering expert guidance on strategy and dispute resolution.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and other dispute resolution forums.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Liaise with clients, counsel, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
  • Provide practical and commercial legal advice to clients in line with their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service at all stages of the litigation process.
  • Keep up to date with developments in commercial law and best practice.

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally, 2+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation.
  • Strong experience in handling a range of commercial disputes, particularly in shareholder disputes, professional negligence, partnership disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
  • Excellent technical legal skills with a practical, client-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Experience working with clients across various sectors, including businesses and individuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
