This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to work on a diverse range of high-profile litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of high-value commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to:
- Shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence
- Partnership disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Advise clients on a variety of commercial issues, offering expert guidance on strategy and dispute resolution.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
- Provide practical and commercial legal advice to clients in line with their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service at all stages of the litigation process.
- Keep up to date with developments in commercial law and best practice.
Key Requirements:
- Ideally, 2+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong experience in handling a range of commercial disputes, particularly in shareholder disputes, professional negligence, partnership disputes, property litigation, and debt recovery.
- Excellent technical legal skills with a practical, client-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience working with clients across various sectors, including businesses and individuals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
