Our client is a well-established law firm based in Hale, specialising in commercial litigation and property law for both commercial and residential clients.

They are looking for a 2-5 year PQE solicitor to join their high value commercial litigation team, of which there are currently ten people and is rapidly expanding.

The type of work that you will be required to deal with are as follows:

  • Business Disputes
    • Shareholder and Partnership Disputes
      • Quasi Partnership and Minority Shareholder Disputes
      • Derivatives Claims
  • Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes
    • Breach of duty claims
  • Breach of Contract Claims
    • Supply of Goods
    • Construction Claims
    • Misrepresentation Claims

Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.

This role is based in Hale.
