This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ Corporate Solicitor but could have between 1 to 3 years of PQE experience.

Our client is a leading North West Legal 500 recognised firm with a national and international client base.

You will be joining a busy legal team who are exposed to high-quality work, and running a caseload of complex and varied corporate matters such as Company Restructuring, Joint Ventures and M&A.

They provide experience and practical advice in relation to all corporate services. You will be working alongside the Corporate Partner to learn, develop and take charge of your own corporate transactions to gain the necessary experience you require to become an experienced Corporate Solicitor.
