Property Finance Solicitor – Hale Our client, a well-established law firm in Hale, is seeking a Property Finance Solicitor to join their team. Specialising in commercial litigation and property law, they provide expert legal services to both commercial and residential clients. The Role: As a Property Finance Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE), you will advise clients on property financing, including loans, mortgages, and development finance. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Advising on residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts related to property loans and mortgages.
  • Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and compliance checks.
  • Negotiating loan terms to ensure lender security and borrower obligations.
  • Handling security, guarantees, and dispute resolution when required.
  • Assisting with complex transactions, such as project financing for property development.
Requirements:
