Property Finance Solicitor – Hale Our client, a well-established law firm in Hale, is seeking a Property Finance Solicitor to join their team. Specialising in commercial litigation and property law, they provide expert legal services to both commercial and residential clients. The Role: As a Property Finance Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE), you will advise clients on property financing, including loans, mortgages, and development finance. Your key responsibilities will include:

Advising on residential and commercial property transactions.
Drafting and reviewing contracts related to property loans and mortgages.
Conducting due diligence, including title investigations and compliance checks.
Negotiating loan terms to ensure lender security and borrower obligations.
Handling security, guarantees, and dispute resolution when required.
Assisting with complex transactions, such as project financing for property development.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years PQE in property finance.
Strong experience in property transactions, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
