- Providing expert legal advice on property finance matters.
- Handling a range of property finance transactions, including commercial and residential development finance, loans, and secured lending.
- Managing client relationships, offering clear communication and high levels of client care.
- Working collaboratively with other departments to support clients with complex property finance needs.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Conveyancing experience (Residential or Commercial) is essential; however, you will be retrained in Property Finance.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to develop your skills and knowledge in a new area of law.
- A proactive and professional approach with a client-focused mindset.
