The role involves managing a diverse caseload, including landlord-tenant disputes and development conflicts, while offering guidance to junior colleagues. As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong technical expertise and experience in regional or national firms. - Disputes in managing commercial landlord and tenant portfolios
- Claims related to forfeiture, possession, and dilapidations (interim and terminal)
- Addressing issues with insolvent tenants
- Strategic advice for acquiring development sites
- Disputes over easements, such as rights of way and light
- Restrictive covenant challenges
- Conflicts involving development, option, and overage agreements
- Residential landlord and management disputes
- Trusts of land disputes and trustee appointments
- Residential lease extensions and freehold purchases
