Our client is a well-established law firm based in Hale, specialising in commercial litigation and property law for both commercial and residential clients.
The salary for this role is dependant on experience, and starts at £55k.
They are looking for a 5+ year PQE solicitor to join their high value commercial litigation team, of which there are currently ten people and is rapidly expanding.

- Shareholder and Partnership Disputes
- Quasi Partnership and Minority Shareholder Disputes
- Derivatives Claims
- Shareholder and Partnership Disputes
- Companies Act and Directors Duties Disputes
- Breach of duty claims
- Breach of Contract Claims
- Supply of Goods
- Construction Claims
- Misrepresentation Claims
Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.
This role is based in Hale.
