The firm is known for its professional excellence and client-focused service, and this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to further their career within a supportive and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and complex caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters, and remortgages.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Oversee and mentor junior members of the team, providing support and guidance on legal matters and case management.
  • Work closely with the firm's wider team to deliver efficient and seamless service to clients.
  • Liaise with estate agents, financial institutions, and other third parties involved in the conveyancing process.
  • Keep abreast of changes in property law and market conditions to ensure best practice and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with the firm's policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support business development initiatives, including client relationship management, networking, and promoting the firm's services.
  • Handle client matters efficiently, meeting deadlines, and managing workloads effectively to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing.
  • Extensive experience managing a caseload of complex residential property transactions.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve issues arising in property transactions, providing clear and effective legal advice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client care and satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to handle a varied and demanding caseload while maintaining exceptional client service.
  • Knowledge of the latest developments in residential property law and conveyancing processes.
