Residential Conveyancing Assistant 

Location: Altrincham, Cheshire

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant in Altrincham. You will manage a portfolio of up to 75 sales and purchase conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.

This role requires the ability to handle all aspects of client interactions, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, professional advice and assistance to clients & third parties via telephone, written correspondence and occasional face-to-face meetings
  • Oversee all elements of the conveyancing process, ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion
  • Maintain the highest standards of service in every client interaction, handling all aspects of the sale and purchase process
  • Work closely with your team and technical support to resolve complex matters when required
  • Prepare and deliver completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices
  • Manage the exchange of contracts, day-of-completion processes and post-completion formalities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, managing a small caseload of conveyancing transactions
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric approach
