Description

  • Organise and manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
  • Prepare and amend documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Maintain client files, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the legal team.
  • Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes during meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team.
