  • Manage correspondence, including drafting letters and responding to client queries.
  • Open and maintain files using a case management system.
  • Provide administrative support, including dictation, typing and document preparation.
  • Liaise with clients, ensuring a polished and professional approach at all times.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring schedules are up to date and organised.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a secretary, ideally within a legal or medical environment.
  • Experience using case management systems is highly desirable.
