My client, based in Altrincham, is seeking an experienced legal assistant with a background in residential conveyancing to join their busy residential conveyancing department. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.As an award-winning CQS-approved firm, my client is renowned for their exceptional client care. You will request redemption figures, assist in the preparation of sale contract packs, and report to clients with contracts for signing. The position also includes submitting searches and supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status.
