My client, based in Altrincham, is seeking an experienced conveyancing paralegal with expertise in plot sales to join their busy residential conveyancing department. This role offers the opportunity for training in residential conveyancing, with the potential for progression into a residential fee-earning position.As an award-winning CQS-approved firm, my client is renowned for their exceptional client care. You will also handle buyers' lawyer enquiries and prepare weekly reports for developers using Excel.Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a polished telephone manner, and strong organisational abilities are essential.
