Job Summary

The Logistics team is a central department to the rest of the company and as a Junior Logistics Co-ordinator you are expected to communicate and collaborate with other departments including; Build, Support and Client Services.


As Junior Logistics Co-ordinator you will assist the Logistics Team with their planning and organisation of the company's digital media installation and maintenance visits from a resource perspective.

Maintaining an accurate log of activities via our in-house system Autotask.

Communicating efficiently and accurately to other departments and the field resource all scheduled visits and outcomes.


Assisting the Logistics Team with planning movement of equipment across the UK prior to visits, as well as planning for hotels, ferries and other transport where necessary.

Organising access prior to the engineer visits.

Responsibilities and Duties - Includes but not restricted to;

  • Accurately record 3rd party costs
  • Meeting SLA for engineer attendance
  • Raising 3rd party purchase orders via X3
  • Arranging access for installations and support visits for all sites, including airports, train stations and large department stores
  • Generate Support visit RAMS
  • Organisation of kit movement between Altrincham, Birmingham and engineers
  • Supplying UPS locations for kit shipping
  • Using Autotask to record all visits
  • Arranging van Hires and equipment Hires
  • Book hotels, flights and ferries
  • Answer phone calls
  • Recording of Installation, Support visit images from Engineers and 3rd Parties
  • Maintaining effective communication and updates between logistics and on the road staff

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Accurate reporting and recording skills

Logistics/Scheduling/Administration experience preferred but not essential

Building rapport with colleagues/other departments

Highly organised

Attention to detail

A quick learner

Proficiency with Word, Excel & Outlook

25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.

Accruing an additional half for each year with Pixel up to 2.5 days extra
